WHAT WE DO:

Having quotable securities is vital for public companies, and in order for a security to be quotable, Form 15c2-11 must be filed.  The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 proscribes, under Rule 15c2-11, very specific categories of detailed information about  an issuer that a broker-dealer must have in its possession before posting a quotation for the issuing company's stock. This information is submitted to FINRA by a market maker on Form 211.

In order to have the highest probability of success with the Form 15c2-11 filing, Portage works with client issuers to make this filing as complete, correct, and concise as possible prior to submission. In cases where our client issuers do not have the necessary relationship with a market maker, Portage will introduce the issuer to market makers that have earned our trust and confidence.
